VDA PRODUCTION “Intellectual Property Registry” service is not about to register the intellectual property (IP) such as trademarks, patents and copyrights; but instead, as IP-related service, it focuses on providing all-interested with free-decision making solutions taken aim at increasing the IP-capitalization security and high-score IP-commercialization efficiency in respect of market-value utilization of “Undisclosed Commercial Information”,  trade secret and know-how that form the key-basis of any given start-up innovation-based projects.

The first “Intellectual Property Registry System” prototyping as a mobile application was conceptualized in 2013 by Dzmitry Alyaksandravich Vasilyeu and been presented at the “IP-rights Protection Problem-Solving Concepts” closed-community event administrated by V.D.A. Productions and held in Panama City.

Later, in the beginning of 2016 the “IP-Registry Cryptography Blockchain-Tech based System” concept has been presented in annotation, without publicly revealing “trade secrets” behind it, by the Author at “Dimanasus Prophecy Spin-off Projects Presentation” entrepreneurs-share-group meeting held in Washington, DC and administrated by V.D.A. Productions. 

The “IP-Registry Cryptography Blockchain-Tech based System” was proposed to be implemented as a core component of global crowd-funding VPN enabled ecosystem managed and operated by V.D.A. Productions (d.b.a. name).  

V.D.A. Productions blockchain web-based and VPN-enabled infrastructure integrated in DPP-Platform is to allow its users as members to launch their own custom-oriented cryptocurrency tokens aiming at facilitating and speeding up the process of financing their own projects.

Developed under the patronage of V.D.A. Productions allows taking responsibility of proprietary  usage of “Undisclosed Commercial Information”.

Cryptocurrency addresses are published as TXT records to a domain of dba-website and in order to receive a payment simply say "send it to dppcoins.waves.dimanasusprophecy.com", so the client resolves that TXT record and the accompanying addresses and uses the priority field as a guideline for choosing which address to pick up first. MX records are implemented as TXT; the lower the priority - the more preferred it is.

“Agile-Prop” KEEPING-CONFIDENTIALITY

 

“Agile-Prop” KEEPING-CONFIDENTIALITY concept, elaborated by the Author,  is dedicated to on-line providing services to assist in developing any complex project that is based on exploiting “Undisclosed Commercial Information”, such as Trade Secrets and Know-how, and/or other forms of unregistered intellectual property assets owned by the Client.

The “Agile-Prop” proof-of-work concept itself is a “trade secret” (know-how) that forms the basis of the Author’s intellectual property assets. The primary level of “Agile-Prop” concept, which generally consist of 5 levels of securitization protecting “Undisclosed Commercial Information” solely owned by the Client, addresses to  signing “Non-Disclosure Agreement” between the Author and the Client. Such NDA contains the terms of “MUTUAL-KEEPING-CONFIDENTIALITY” article that concerns both Client’s and the Author’s intellectual property assets in-exchange securitization.

The “Agile-Prop” 5-levels-protection of the Client’s “trade secrets” and “know-how” is backed-up by financial-responsibility guaranty given by the Author to the Client as well as given by every single Collaborator (a freelancer who is involved into the Client’s project working-on process) to the Author. 

The Author is a solely individual whom the Client may share, under the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the confidential information be relevant to the scope of his project.

The Author’s mission is to present the Client’s project in such manner that no any single collaborator (freelancer), who is to be hired to perform specific task and provide professional service, would be aware of the final goal(s) and purpose(s) of the entire project.

The Author’s goal is to present the Client’s project data in such manner that allows structuring it as a set of the “blocks”, each of which represents the specific task (token-task) together with a list of services needed to successfully perform and accomplish such task.

For the complex projects that requires enrollment of more than 5 freelancers, there are three types of CLIENT’S PROJECT TEAM ADMINISTRATORS,  whom the Author may share project management without having to share Clients’ personal account and specific project-related confidential information, namely:

- Project Agile-Prop Leader;
- Project VDA-Leap Manager;
- Project VDA-Sprocket Communication Manager.

The “Project Agile-Prop Leader” is appointed by the Author under the terms of the “PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT” according to which the Author may remove him from the position of “Project Agile-Prop Leader” after transferring the Client’s project primary leadership to another person, who is normally the Project VDA-Leap Manager. 

The Project VDA-Leap Manager has all of the responsibilities under the terms of “Product/ Service Development Agreement” signed with the Author and has no right to get access to the confidential information. 

The Project VDA-Sprocket Communication Manager has the capabilities of a Manager under the “Project Management Development Agreement” signed with the Author.  The Project VDA-Sprocket Communication Manager has a right to hire and further keep controlling freelancers’ “time & duty” accounts tracking but has no right to get access to the confidential information.  

Each Freelancer is obliged to sign “Freelance Contract” with the “Project Agile-Prop Leader”. 

The “Project Management Development Agreement”, “Product/ Service Development Agreement”, “PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT” and “Freelance Contract” might be WITNESSED by the Client if desired.
